  The entrences to the residential part are somewhat hard to find, located around the perimeter and don't have clear signs, so do make sure you ask the owner where their entrance is lest you get lost in the cold windy evening. the apartments are spacious and what they call business class level, at least the ones i have been to.

  в 2016 около 6 месяцев снимал 3 комнатную квартиру. Супер. Расположение суперское удобно в самом центре города. Квартиры очень просторные особенно залы. Балкон большой. Вид шикарный. Живут только солидные и адекватные люди.

  In summer it's very vibrant and lively. Starting from July it becomes an epicenter of city life. Astana Art fest , ice cream kiosks, cycling , and many other activities attract visitors from all around the city. In winter it looks ghostly due to harsh winter temperatures and strong winds. In autumn and spring it blossoms with beautiful decorations, city lights and vastly opened sky above.
