  I sat with the number for more than 30 minutes at the branch of the bank in the city of Taldykorgan, Gagarin Street. No numbers were displayed on the scoreboard. The managers went about their business. I had to contact the head of the department. I want to express my gratitude to Svetlana Osinskaya, head of the retail business department, for her responsiveness, efficiency, in resolving the issue, despite the presence of other managers.

  A slow bank, slow workers, they know nothing, they throw like a ball from themselves to others.

  I called for several days in a row, they did not pick up the phone !!!!! Why do you need a phone ?!
