  Your clinic is beautiful. The doctors are especially pleased: they are attentive and professional .. However, the theater begins with a hanger. Girls at Registration do not know how to smile, respond politely, and sympathize with patients. They categorically do not meet the requests from clients. I paid a decent amount for the examination and doctors' appointments, asked to write out Documents - invoices and acts. I was told this is in accounting, it is impossible now. I explained - I’m from another city, I’ll wait, they told me: tomorrow, and even better the day after tomorrow. I asked to send the Documents by kazpost to me or my employer: the girls at the reception did not even try to portray an attempt to solve this trivial problem or portray regret that they could not. On the contrary, even a certain malignancy was felt. When I came the next day, it turned out that the Documents were issued with an error. I could not provide them to the accounting department. Gentlemen, when a client leaves with you in 2 hours an amount equal to a good salary, 200 tenge per envelope and sending by kazpost does not seem to be a difficult task.
