  I had to pay the bill to a Russian company for 10,000 rubles. The manager started checking the tax office to see if there was any debt. If not, pay 400 rubles, if there is 2000 rubles. "Why do you need so many sheets with an elastic band? Will you sell? Then you have to pay taxes." The explanation that this is for myself, my three grandmothers, godmothers and acquaintances (wholesale is cheaper, and 10,000 rubles is the minimum wholesale, and only this way) is deafening. Competent employees, streamlined workflow. 2) tariffs - 8/10. Compared to other banks, fees are good. 8 - because there are nuances in the time of withdrawal of funds, payments and the similarity of tariffs. 3) opening and service - 10/10. The bank manager does everything, there are no queues and unnecessary paperwork. 4) online application for the phone - 11/10. This is just an amazing effective application that really saves time! 5) internet banking - 8/10. Convenient, but there is room for improvement in the interface and use. 6) time savings - 10/10. Everything is done so that you do not waste your time sitting in line or filling out unnecessary documentation. I serve 3 legal entities in this bank.
