  Good day! Came today at 0910. Sat waiting in line for 40 minutes !! and this was served by one person. A man sat in front of me, could not stand it, left. When it’s my turn, the cashier says that she doesn’t have my queue number. I had to go back to the manager who gave me the coupon, There are simply no words ..... No respect for clients. There is only one cash register. There is an exchanger and transfers. Impressions after visiting the bank are very negative.

  I ordered caps for the car 08/05/2020 came different came quickly 08/11/20 today 08/30/2020. they said that within 3 days they will pick up every day I call 9999 they are fed breakfast that a courier will come and pick up the goods I will no longer use the Caspian store if you do not have an agreement with couriers why then promise the client that we will take such an organization within 3 days and to the courier the service has not been disgraced

  Not competent staff, very slow, rude, no customer service skills. And the bank’s work policy clearly does not work in favor of the client, the highest percentage in Karaganda. Penalties, rude arrogant collectors not when I do not get a loan there and close the gold card.

  Caspian bank is very good. Modern everything is fast but interest is crazy but I am still grateful to this bank
