  Awful. Loafers and idlers no one knows what. One window works. People turn the sea does not move. I spent 20 minutes with a sick child in my arms and did not bring a single person. I got through, the administrator decided to connect with the manager for legal entities, there was no connection for 3 minutes. I called back, the admin says everyone is busy, leave the data will contact you? all that was needed was to send an electronic tariff for legal entities. this is not a bank, my opinion ... the admin should know such things as our father! rating -5 stars. I do not recommend this desk.
