  Not fair behaviour. I booked and payed by phone for two nights with my family. I asked the late check out cause my flight was at 19.00. They agreed but the day of check out they send me away at 12.00 and only after a great complaints I obtained to leave at 14.00. The weather condition on 22 of May was very bad, there was a hurricane with cranes collapsed and many damaged around the town. You can see from the photos what was happening around 13.00 when I should start to leave the Room with my wife and a kid of 9 months. They said the hotel is overbooked but this is not fair since my request was done one week in advance and confirmed. For all other things all personnel have been gentle and smiling for two days. Breakfast is in the average of such hotel but always the same. The room was comfortable and cleaned only upon my request during the second day. Usually I stay in Marriot Hotel cause I like it but Due to this treatment my next visit in Astana and probably every where will be not in this hotel. I’m very disappointed that a big hotel like this allows a family to leave the hotel despite such bad weather condition. We went to the nearest commercial centre under the rain and staying there for 3 hours. The receptionist said that does not like to be punished by management, but if something could happen to me and my family with the hurricane I could really act in a different way. They deserve zero stars but one is mandatory.

  Great Hotel with a lot of services and very nice people working there. Gym, pool, saunas, massage, business lounge, rooftop restaurant with a great view of the city, one of the best breakfasts I've ever had and much more. It also offers meetings rooms that you or your company can rent. The business lounge is on the 15th floor with nice views over the city. If you have access to it, you can have soft drinks all day and starting at 5:30 you can also have something to eat with beers or wine. I would strongly recommend the hotel!

  The hotel and room was fine. The toilet was smelling smoke for the whole period of stay. The room cleaning and operations services were terrible. The room isn't cleaned every morning but at some point of day or on request. However, during three days it was cleaned only once. Operations were slow and strange. I've requested a child bed while booking, reminded during registration and called them three times before it was delivered to my room almost before sleep. All personnel were nice and polite. But performance was very poor. Won't stay there and will recommend to avoid it.
