  Slowly, medicine is moving forward. To say that everything is bad is impossible, but not all is good. It seems that computers were entered, they are recorded in turn, but the doctors did not change their attitude towards people. Attentiveness, courtesy as it was not so it is not. The confusion with the offices has not disappeared, the bureaucracy has not decreased, but is even growing. But young specialists come and it is clear that something is possible for the better.
