  One of the best hotels that I visited recent years in Almaty. The standard of service is at the highest end, cleaness of the rooms is outstanding, especially this was the first hotels that implemented UV light ionising the rooms as COVID precaution measures which really gave a sense of protection. Best is not enougha to describe how lovely is Best Western Plus Hotel for stay. The only place where staff is really.well trained and Management does put effort for effective running the hotel. Thank you so much for wonderful service and lovely rooms!

  I stay at 205 just opp to elevater I request reciption to change my room 4 time but always they say they are house full sold out and every day 10 to 12 room cheek out and some room cheek in every day One staff at reception say my room is not near to elevators she was working here from 6 month always they give excuse for every think Break fast is okay Room is just okay Location is very good Security is very rude at hotel gate Rest best of luck to them Thanks Ritesh MUndhra

  Lovely and quiet. Not too Modern but spacious rooms. Took a 2 room (each ensuite) linked room with living room which is really large, would class more like a large 2 bedroom apartment.
