  Always a great stay there. It's nice when the staff recognize you after you haven't been there for 2 years.

  Excellent breakfast and very good modern rooms and fancy bathroom but very unusual reception which is located on 30th floor and if you are on 25th floor and wants to leave the hotel you need to go to 30th , chsnge lifts and then go down Great value for money

  Very nice modem hotel along with very good skill educated staff at reception, restaurant, house keeping etc.....

  We lived 2 years in Almaty and decided our last two night we would stay at the here. We are so happy we did. The whole experience was amazing. Our room and the views were stunning. The staff were fantastic and so attentive. Our breakfast was perfect. But a special mention to the ladies at reception who made our finally days in Almaty perfect. I highly recommend spending time at the Ritz and we hope we get a chance to visit again.
