::Funky hotel with minimal amount of service for the money. We booked a junior suite rate which stated that the room would have an A/C and sofa, but, in the reality we were placed in room 541 on the top floor, which was hot as hell and next-door with conference rooms, that they have, unlike most hotels, on its top floor. On our demand to change our room to room with ac, which we showed that was on our reservation list, the front desk manager refused us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! Rooms are very dusty indeed! Only stay in this hotel if you absolutely have to!

::Satisfactory hotel with minimal service but good value for the budget conscious in an old ex-soviet style. Fine for a few days for a visit to a great town.
