::In my humble opinion, it is a miracle that this bank is still alive and has absorbed Kazkom and BTA which are 10 times better. ATM 8 out of 10 cases do not work or have no money. Queues for freebies.

Not destiny to run BOTH ATMs at least ??? While this is the ANTI-national bank! Something like this...
