  Registration does not answer the call for 2 days in a row. The staff generally yells at the sick. They seem to have a war there and they blame the sick for it. I wanted to sign up, registration does not pick up the phone, I went to sign up, they said a live queue, stood in line for 2 hours, they sent me back to the registration strictly by appointment. This already seems to be making fun of people. Where is the management looking? Why aren't they trying to fix the error? Why do children have to suffer because of dumb staff?
