The operator Anna Alexandrovna, who receives letters, does not pay any attention to the client, as if there is nobody in front of her, sits and continues to do her calculations on her own phone. The client is forced to draw the operator’s attention to himself and ask for service. He doesn’t react to claims, doesn’t even look towards the client. To the question: “Where is your leadership?” Doesn’t react in any way. Disgusting operator I have not yet met. The department is in a terrible state, pieces of plaster fall off the walls. Guide take action !!!! Protect people from such personnel and make repairs so that no one is crippled by a piece of the wall ....

  Disgusting service when issuing paid parcels. The operator can’t wait, they don’t accept payment by card, they don’t give a receipt for the commission fee.
