The client is forced to draw the operator’s attention to himself and ask for service. He doesn’t react to claims, doesn’t even look towards the client. To the question: “Where is your leadership?” Doesn’t react in any way. Disgusting operator I have not yet met. The department is in a terrible state, pieces of plaster fall off the walls.   Disgusting service when issuing paid parcels. The operator can’t wait, they don’t accept payment by card, they don’t give a receipt for the commission fee.
