  The phone numbers are never answered, or they answer and hang up, they don't explain anything. When they hear a question, it’s hard for them to say that they don’t know the answer or at least explain something, they just hang up and don’t answer calls anymore. They got it already, you always have to walk to them and find out everything, they don't save their time or mine.

  The post office does not work, I went with small children to pick up the damn 21250tg. Closed. If they do not know how long they work, why bother.
