Somehow, the package was in Uralsk clearly by mistake of the employees themselves, and how it was there no one gives me an answer. Paid courier service for urgency. Question for what? Now the parcel is in Atyrau in the sorting center, according to the operator, you have to wait for the beginning of next week so that the parcel reaches me. Why are you so irresponsible? you ruined my holiday and my mood for the rest of the day. To compensate for the damage, I still have to go the hell knows where and write a statement, and recording a conversation on the phone for what? I am extremely disappointed with the services of the post office, I first encountered this. I hope the management will take action and give an appropriate answer. You ruined my birthday for me!

::No responsibility at all, they don’t even answer calls ☹ parcels are a few days late 😑 this is very frustrating 🤷♀️ all post office workers should work honestly and properly 🙁 but I don’t see any hardworking 🤔 whatever one may say they are civil servants and provide service to their people - their responsibility❗❗❗
