  Terrible staff. Booked 2 rooms through booking, and when they arrived they said that there were no vacant rooms. We, tired after a long journey, counted on stopping by to take a shower and rest. But in the end, they did not want to solve our problem (which arose through no fault of ours). There are no rooms and that's it. And the fact that we made a reservation in advance does not bother them. The hotel is full of guests and that's all. I had to look tired tired of looking for another hotel (fortunately found in the vicinity). Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. The staff sucks ...
