  Cozy rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Purely technical issues slightly blurred the impression: cards that did not open the room from the first (or even the fifth) time; an elevator button that does not respond to pressing; breakfast which was cooked for 30 minutes ... All in all, these are easy to fix and tweak. So the hotel will definitely stay on my list of places to stay. The price is significantly lower than the neighboring Holliday Inn, the location is close to the waterfront and many infrastructure facilities - it's great!

  It is in center of the city, all needs are very close to hotel, and comfort apartments, Also, staff very kind, one minus they are not speaking in Kazakh which is not acceptable for Kazakh people
