  Comfy hotel. Wonderful staff. 24/7 check-in and they let me check in at 8am to sleep all day for my 11pm flight. Thank you so much Aigerim!

  We stayed here during a World Cycle Tour as we planned to fly from Almaty to Delhi. We asked to be collected with our bicycles from the Kyrgystan border by the hotel. They arranged for a minibus to collect us and everything went perfect. We really like the hotel. For us it resembled a German Style hotel which we liked. The room was clean and had a nice character with wooden furniture. The breakfast was complete with a wide variety. They were also very helpful to let us use an extra free room to store our bicycles safely. The hotel is outside of the center but the staff were quick to order taxis to take us wherever we needed to go. The taxis are also very cheap in Almaty. Finally the hotel have free shuttle service to the airport. So once again they helped us transport our bicycles and luggage to the airport for our very early flight to Delhi. For us, this was the perfect hotel in Almaty to cater for our needs as we moved from Central Asia to India. Thanks for all your help.
