  Good afternoon. I would like to know when pensioners will receive a pension with an increase from April 01, 2020 ??? According to the decree of Zh. Tokaev, from April 1, 2020, the pension should be increased for both length of service and basic. But for some reason there was no increase in Kostanay. Who will answer me this question? Thank.

  Where can I complain, it's some kind of horror. Does the bosses really care how subordinates work? Of course, I understand that their salary is not huge, but they chose this job. And they should execute it normally at least. Rude to people, they don’t know anything. They cannot answer the asked questions.
