::Nice hotel.Clean room with big bathroom .there is also swimming pool , small gym .Bus stop next to the hotel.

::Hotel is very quite and comfortable...has a pool and a very tiny and poor gym also...only bad thing is the breakfast...really so poor nothing to eat delicious only a few pieces of cake and very cold egg ...also very bad at cheese...sorry..but its better to stay in g empire if you come for an expo..no shuttle to anywhere...g empire has a shuttle also it means you keep your money in your pocket...house keeping is great and succesfull...wifi was strong in my room but my friend has no connection most of the time which is 1 floor up...

::"World most expensive using washing machine" I asked one of receptionists about laundry service, and she said it would cost about 500 KZT. So I wen back to the reception with my clothes and gave it to them. (other receptionist took my clothes by the time). After few hours, the receptionist who took my clothes called my room phone and asked me about 10200 KZT and I had to pay. I was kind of shocked and asked why the price is so much different to what I heard, and then she told me the reason with a small paper she wrote. (They did not even ask me to proceed laundry with this amount.) I have never seen like this kind of exorbitant price for a single use of washing machine. Absolutely horrible experience. Here it is: ???: 500 + 400 = 900 KZT T-shirt: 4 x 500 = 2000 KZT Towel: 1 x 500 = 500 KZT Socks: 10 x 200 = 2000 KZT Shirt (long sleeve): 1 x 500 + 600 = 1100 KZT Chemise: 3 x 300 = 900 KZT Jeans: 1 x 700 = 700 KZT Underwear: 7 x 300 = 2100 KZT --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Total: 10200 KZT This price is the same as USD $32 = EUR €26 = AUS $42 = CHY 200

::Perfect hotel, clean, well designed and welcoming staff... Only backdraw is breakfast starting at 7:30 am which might be a little late for visitors planning an earlier start for their day

::The accommodation here is good with well sized rooms for the price. The staff is very friendly and hospitable and can speak good English and provided us with handy tips to get around Astana and enjoy the nightlife. They even upgraded us to corner rooms easily. The issue is unavailability of appliances to make your own tea, coffee or hot water, they provide thermos. The breakfast is not English breakfast that one is used to getting in hotels.
