  Nice hotel! There are breakfasts. Apart from trams, it is quite quiet and calm here. There is a fenced parking lot. The disadvantage of this hotel is that you cannot eat in the restaurant, except for breakfast. Even a room cannot be ordered. At the same time, the room has a kettle, refrigerator, all utensils and appliances. So if you buy food from the store, you can eat in your room.

  First off, the place is clean, and at least my room was in good repair. Very comfortable bed. Good air-conditioning. For the price I paid, I got the suite, which is 3/4rs of the size of my apartment. Location is not ideal but it is within walking distance of the center of this city. The breakfast served, included in the price of the room, was very good. The staff have all been nice and attentive, despite my useless grasp on Russian. Even when they don't know English, they really tried hard to help me. The only issue that might bother some people, is the fact that you can hear and feel the rumble of the tram's. But otherwise you can't hear any street noise. In all honesty, the low rumble doesn't bother me at all, but some people might find it an issue.
