  The service is great. While on the road, we called the hotel. Despite the fact that it was late, the hotel manager gave us the rooms. Upon arrival, we were met by the manager at the reception, who clearly and competently introduced us to the internal rules. The staff is very welcoming and correct. Everything is clean and tidy. The kitchen is good, the choice is large. Everything is super! Thanks everyone!

  We checked in on the night of July 30, 2021. I woke up a call to the room and with the words you will extend the number, the phrase "we have a check-out at 12 o'clock" sounded, no hello, ..... in short, gentlemen managers, change this administrator. Or teach how to talk to guests. At least in a polite manner.

  Hotel "Fire" and not a gadyushnik. Quiet and clean rooms. No chipped edges on glasses or mirrors. Three towels per person. The beds are not sagging. There is a conder. The dining room is open from 7.00 to 00.00 and is sooo delicious. An amiable girl in the reception room and yet there is only one negative, PRICE but in fairness from the price and real quality ... I like it !!!

  We were not in the hotel, but in the dining room! Yes, everything is clean, but the staff leaves a lot to be desired and the portions are appallingly small. In Astana, three can eat in a good canteen for this amount, and take the first, second and more for tea. And the hotel stinks the prices aren't worth it either! In general, what a horror!
