::In general, I don't even want to put a single star. Terrible service. No service from the word at all! Nobody observes the queue, why is there a single queue in 2 cash desks for issuing pensions and sending parcels ??? Why do you have to look for a box in the nearby shops to send a parcel? Why is customer service so slow? Why is there still no electronic queue?
