  The hotel staff are lovely, the majority knows English very well. The food is very nice, but the best restaurant (Balkon) you need to pay at the table, cannot charge the room. Would love if the breakfast was like buffet, but it's okay. The rooms are clean and modern. It has Smart TV in the room and the Wi-Fi signal is strong, but it's not fast as the TV sometimes struggles on YouTube videos. It's the best hotel in Karaganda. But, the sound insulation is terrible. The sound coming from other rooms is like you're in a cheap hotel. Nonsense guests turning on the TV at high volume late at night or having a group chat at 3 am when you need to sleep make you wish you were in another hotel, unfortunately.

  My stay at the Senator hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was even a grill bar and restaurant—the food was delicious! I highly recommend this hotel for it’s excellent service
