  A cozy place, recommended. But a little price bites and smells damp. Beds should be made, not sofas. I think that everyone will be happy.

  Quiet location near the main artery of the city. Decent breakfasts. Estimated time - from the actual hour of arrival per day, which is very convenient, because most hotels will charge an additional fee at the end of the scheduled check-out time. The disadvantages are insufficiently reinforced carpet paths on the stairs and an uncomfortable bed.
