  The atmosphere in these supermarkets is now better than before. But all the same, the staff lacks competence. Train them when applying for a job. By assortment: a lot of things can be found and bought, but sometimes the prices are too high. Especially vegetables.

  One of the better grocery stores I have been to while in Kazakhstan, and can be found in most major centers. You can find most of what you may need in the way of groceries here, including draft beer, hard liquor and cigarettes.
