  I want to share my impressions, my husband booked a 4-bed house, made an advance payment. We arrived as a family, walking along the path along the lake, we almost fell into a cow cake (already unpleasant, but okay) and took note that it is better not to walk here in the dark. The area is not well-groomed at all. We went to the administrator and finished it. We decided to feed the children and then it turns out that their kitchen does not work today, how is that? They made concessions to us, offered to place an order as soon as possible until the chef left, we agreed (although we planned to sit and eat hot food normally in the evening) then it turned out that what was written on the website did not work for them, there were no boats (we were told that I had to bring my own), there is no paintball, there is no sauna either, swimming is prohibited, but if you really want to, you can, but in which case, of course, you pay the fine yourself. Arriving at the house, the house is by the way clean, the furniture is in good condition, we decided to turn on the TV, but it does not work either. After five minutes of stay, we decided that it was better to go home. The administrator was very surprised by our decision and tried to find out what exactly we did not like. Half of the money was never returned to us. In general, the rest is ruined, the money wasted.

  Large area on the shore of the lake. For an even better understanding, a former pioneer camp. Lots of greenery. But the area is not very well maintained and not very well zoned. The guests from the children's birthday watched drunken mermaids who showed their bellies (to the envy of pregnant women) and underwear. This is a minus. You can get to the territory by "ashyk" - this is a plus. But getting everyone out of the car and going to scan somewhere is a minus. Again, no one checked the number of people in the car. The holiday was a success and therefore we had positive emotions from visiting. But there is work to do. I hope the owners will consider my review constructive criticism and improve the service.

  We got out as a family for May kebabs in Yasnaya Skazka. We have very few places for outdoor recreation near the city. I think this is what allows the owners not to make any special efforts in order to attract people. Remember how in the old cartoon "And so it will do!" Of course, the lack of choice, unfortunately, makes us put up with an unkempt territory, broken lanterns, and the unfriendliness of the staff. We rented a gazebo or a tent for a day for 25,000 tenge. This price includes: tent, table, 10 chairs, barbecue, the ability to take boiling water at the bar. Of course, I will note the pluses: strong, stable tables and chairs, there is a toilet on the territory that is not very comfortable, but tolerable. You could use the toilet in the restaurant, everything is decent and comfortable и For 1000 tenge they brought us a bundle of firewood. There is a modern playground for young children. The large territory is also a plus, we practically did not intersect with other companies. Of the minuses: poor sculptures of the Soviet period, frozen territory, abandoned gazebos, a broken sign .. I wish the Clear Fairy Tale prosperity! I would like to see service and cleanliness next time!
