  Awful post office !!! No matter how I come, everything changes !! Recently there was a repair on Ryskulov, the post office moved to Aksai. My order from Avon arrived on Saturday. I went to the md. Aksai was told that the Mail had already moved to Ryskulov. I went there that day. Until 15.00 it was. I went there, but the furniture maker went there. He said they say there is no one, eat in md. Aksai. I said well, but they sent me here. I waited for Monday. SMS came on 12/25/2017 at14.08 hours It was written that she was ready at the post office in microdistrict. Aksai, I went all the same to Ryskulov !! And it's good that I went there right away !!! I arrived there at 18.40. And it was closed, but people were sitting. There were also 3 guys standing near the door. They say they say knock, preferably harder. I went to the door, but without thinking twice, I went closer to the window so that they could see me and started knocking. What the hell is their door closed? But are there inside the people whom they serve? Of course, I understand everything, it's time for everyone to go home after work. But I also need to pick up the package !! What if days are running out ???? The parcel will be taken back !!!! As a result, I began to understand !!! The first woman who came up to me was aggressive. And I put it in its place! I demanded the phone number of the "top" of her. And she said to this question: I do not know. After her came the administrator, calmly started a conversation with me, I also asked for a number. She said call number 1499. I took my parcel from the Avon and left. Then she came home and nevertheless called this number. I phoned, told the whole situation, there was some girl on the line. After my words, she threw off the phone! Is that okay ?! Then I called again! The young man picked up the phone. I explained the whole situation initially! Then she asked: why did the previous operator hang up the phone? To which he apologized, I also asked about SMS. Why are they sending such an SMS and misleading me? To which he said: dictate the track number. I dictated. To which he replied: it was automatically sent to you. I asked him: why are you sitting there ???? Well, really, why are they sitting there and making money ??? Is this generally normal? Not working to earn ???? Hello people wake up, here you probably also need to follow, no ??? ENDLESS !!!!!!!!! Not the first time already swearing with this 61st post !!!! I also wanted to say that I'm not the only one I encounter! On the same day, a young couple scolded after me. They, too, were not happy, and left with nothing. Fortunately, the young man as well as I called 1499 !!!!! And at the expense of the phone 61 mail and Aksai microdistrict mail, they NEVER pick up the city telephone receiver !!! I advise you not to call, but to act immediately!
