  Terrible service! Someone is skipped out of line, and someone needs to stand in line in order to send a parcel. Cashiers, at their discretion, can sell a box to someone to send a parcel, and someone is told that they need to buy at the checkout in turn. I wonder what is the principle of selection, who should be sold out of line, and who should wait when the line comes up?
